At Regal Electronics, we inspects every single product before shipping to reduce our return ratios and increase the overall customer experience. 

Conditions for Return & Replacement

  1. Product is damaged/defected upon arrival. However, the client should notify us within 24 hours via call at 0324-3454667
  2. Wrong product delivered
  3. The product should be in its original and undamaged packaging.

Damaged Product Received

We ensure that the products being delivered should not be damaged during the shipping process. We have trusted delivery partners for shipping. 

Additional Information

  • Processing Replacements in 7 working days
  • Additional Shipping charges maybe charged.
  • Customer will have to bear the shipping and handling fee in case of an exchange
